Global Tech Apprenticeship Career Development Coaching
The Global Tech Apprenticeship Career Development Coaching is designed to empower learners to take ownership of their career development journey from start to finish. Through the four phases—Awareness, Exploration, Application, and Integration—learners will refine their technical and soft skills while building a comprehensive Portfolio that reflects their progress, readiness, and global competencies. The 7Ps framework—Pipeline, Phase, Pathway, Progression, Piece, Portfolio, and Placement—guides learners through each phase. At the same time, the Learning and Collaboration Framework for Portfolio Building ensures that all pathways are aligned, focusing on continuous improvement, reflections, and real-world application.
Daily Stand-up sessions at the start of each pathway allow learners to reflect on their progress, set intentions for the day, and ensure that they are prepared for each sprint. The framework’s Sprint Planning and Self-Preparation activities encourage learners to actively engage in goal-setting, track their progress, and refine their skills. As learners progress through each phase, they will incorporate these elements into their Portfolio, which will evolve to highlight their ongoing development, challenges, and achievements.
